Members agree to the following;

Visitors & Guests

• Visitors and guests of any category of business can attend meeting and participate in Spot On Local Activities.
• After two meeting attended, Visitors and guests will only be allowed to continue attendance if they join the group as a member.
• Visitors have the chance to promote themselves and their business and members are encouraged to select and invite guests carefully so that other current members are not disadvantaged.

Members

• Members who apply to join are required to pay the membership fee through spotonlocal.com.au.
• Once your application has been submitted and membership paid, it will be sent through for approval from the spot on local team.
• If you membership application is approved, you will be added to Spot On Local as a Member.
• If you membership application is not approved, you will be notified and your membership fee paid will be fully refunded.
• Memberships are annual and or 6 monthly depending on the group and begin once membership fee is paid.
• Members who join lock in their business category for their group, allow no other competing business to join as a member for that group, unless membership expires for that category or they are removed or leave group.
• If you cannot attend a meeting (On holiday/ unwell/ prior commitments) you may send someone internally from your business or and associate. You must first notify Spot On Local or your group leader/ support if you know in advance (as per standard professional ettiquite).
• Members are required to contribute to meetings and attendance at meetings is strongly encouraged. If you cannot attend meetings (2 in a row) and don’t have a valid reason, with notice, your spot will be opened up to other businesses of your category
• Spot On Local reserves the right to remove your membership and your details at any stage as part of conflict resolution (ie. part of unethical or poor standard of business dealings within the group)
• You agree to update your contact and business details with the spot on local team if they change asap by email.
• If your business is no longer operating you will be removed from membership.
• You can be part of Spot On Local without going to a group, however if another business in your category wants to join and attend, then you will be removed from the group. You will still be listed across Spot On Local as a member but not linked to any group.
